The types of charges you incur will vary depending on the Service used and your service plan. See the detailed plan or other information we provide or refer you to during the sales transaction for the actual usage charges applicable to your Service. You will generally be charged for use of Services before or at the time of use in accordance with your service plan. 

We do recommend a unlimited data plan or a high usage plan to listen to our live audio stream.

The only way I was able to get streams to work on this phone, I had to install a program on my Samsung Black Jack II Phone called " Core Player" This allowed .asx files to be opened on my phone.  I have not had this phone in a while, so I am not sure what will work now, but this trick used to work to open .asx files on my phone.  Good Luck!!  Hope this will help you get the stream working with this phone.
